Objectives of job

• Plan and coordinate all actions on logistic side over all production steps for complete fulfill and on time
• Delivery to all customer should be on time and without complain

Principle activities

• Monitor the production progress, modules and finished products beginning till delivery to the customer by using  IPST / HOST / Demand viewer, etc
• Insure that all the modules worked off completely and on time according to the production plan / group schedule
• Monitor the progress of special actions like rework, conversion etc.
• Insure in cooperation with warehouse and production that missing raw materials will be given immediately after arrival to the designated area
• Insure that orders in backlog will be worked off by production with priority
• Collect and report data regarding the production progress to Logistics and Production supervisors
• Create production plans and other routine jobs of production planning dept. according to the directives of the production planning supervisor
• Close proximity to production, warehouse, and changeover control
• Handle material overconsumption and find root cause
• Check inventory stocks throughout all production steps and finished goods
• Solve unexpected system issues immediately
• Deal with overstocks and with obsoletes
• Ordering of raw-material via MRP-System at local suppliers according to demands (optional)
• Keep close contact with national suppliers to ensure on time delivery and compliance with other logistic specific requirements (optional) or
• Keep close in contact with other DRX material planer for getting material support
• Safety production responsibilities of other management personnel of the company
• Implement the safety production laws and regulations related to the post and the company's safety production management system, and be responsible for the safety production within the scope of work;
• Under the leadership of the department head or workshop (section) head, accept the business guidance of safety management personnel at all levels, and supervise and guide the employees to do a good job in safety production within the scope of responsibility according to the requirements of "one post and two responsibilities"
• To achieve the "five Simultaneities" of safety production, put safety production into the work of the staff, and carry out other work on the premise of ensuring safety
• Actively participate in various safety activities and safety production meetings, receive safety production education and training, master the safety production knowledge required by their work, enhance safety awareness, improve safety production skills, and enhance accident prevention and emergency response capabilities;
• Report work safety accidents in time and protect the site

Job and Work Requirements

• University degree or equivalent professional education
• 2 years working experiences
• Logistic thinking and good knowledge in English language
• Computer knowledge (MS office)
• Communication skills
