职责描述：
1. Market development, explore potential opportunities and target new customer. 市场开发，寻求潜在机会，锁定目标客户。
2. Technical and commercial negotiation with customer. 同客户进行技术交流和商务谈判。
3. Keep contacts with exsiting customers and maintain good relationship. 与现有用户保持联系，维持良好的客户关系。
4. Coordinate with HQs for technical and commercial issues. 配合总部支持技术和商务事宜。
5. Perform all other duties as assigned, eg. market investigation, information collection, relevant documents translation. 执行其他被分配的任务，如市场调研、信息收集、相关文件翻译等。

任职要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above in forging plants, metallurgical, material or mechanical engineering or related major. 锻造、冶金、材料、机械设计或其他相关专业，学士学位或以上。
2. More than 3 years related sales experience in metallurgical/mechanical field, forging field would be preferred. 3年以上冶金、机械行业领域相关销售经验，锻造领域优先。
3. Strong skills on communication, coordination and organization. 较强的沟通、协调和组织能力。
4. Good English in listening, speaking, writing and reading. 良好的英语听说读写能力。
5. Sensitive to forging markets. 对锻造市场的敏感度。
6. Team work spirit and able to travel frequently. 具有团队合作精神并适应频繁出差。
