职位概要Summary of Job Description


? Implementation, development and securing of all LEAN activities


职责描述 Area of Responsiblility/Task
? Definite target manufacturing and administration processes optimization and securing higher added value stream result orientated.
? Orientation and leading of Lean activities with the main focus towards production in consideration of cross functional activities to other business units and internal departments towards best practice
? Planning, execution and coordination of complex Lean activities
? Responsibility for the concept, preparation, execution and consistency from learning and training methods.
? Identification of weaknesses with the tagged to execute the improvement methods.
? Consultation and support of all operative processes and consulting by questions towards lean project execution.
? Leading and support during execution of lean projects towards success of the process owner and responsible manager and or operator.
? Supporting continuously all lean activities to secure the improvement processes.
? Usage of KPI’s to follow up and check of results.
? Analytical approach towards processes, fault analysis and other topics to develop solutions to increase production output.
? Definition of Standards and description of methods and documentation to share and consult cross functional knowhow.
? Supply and training of methods and skills in meetings, workshops to share knowhow.

任职资格Competencies
? 10 years of practical job experience (preferably in a Lean MFG environment) and 5 years above on the management role;
? Must possess the ability to demonstrate task management and timeline control for multiple projects.
? Must possess passion for excellence in people, processes and analytics. This is a hands-on position that will require a self-motivated, high energy level individual
? Strong sense of strategic insight and business acumen, Result driven
? Good communication both in English and Chinese, interpersonal and leadership skill
