Responsibilities:
Order control center:
- First Instance for escalation in the case of bottlenecks,-schedule variances
- Responsibility for the order control center in the central weekly decision-making committee regarding effects of customer orders in case of schedule variances (priorities and set schedule/deadlines)
- Moderation of the order control center
- Lead and send the order control protocol
- Communication of decisions out of the order control center to production and sales
Synchronization of production:
- Timetables/deadlines for the related departments via the order network
- Re-scheduling of order networks
- Maintain of current running order networks
- Creating of the fine planning lists for an overview in the short and medium term
Logistical Order controlling:
- Collect all relevant key information for customer orders to the order control center
- Evaluation of order reports
- Participating in the following events:
o Morning Table rounds on the assembly lines / areas - assembly bay
o Sub,-component control centers of manufacture
o Order control center
Requirement:
1. SAP and MS Office
2. Knowledge of English
3. Good communication
