SUMMARY:
This job is to handle daily e-book registration, modification and cancellation for verification of e-book via China Port and customs system; and to handle duty payment once material moving for other purpose by tracking in SAP; and This job is also request this position is familiar with external customs process of eBook application and familiar with internal SAP operation skill & BOM delivery process. And is request this position familiar with related Customs Bonded Regulation.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Ensure 100% compliance with Customs for bonded material movement and 100% accuracy for e-book registration & application.
2. Ensure e-book registration on-time to support both CBS & export team.
3. Ensure on-time completed customs declaration of bonded goods duty-paid;
4. Lead on site supporter of customs broker to implement internal SOP and give their necessary training for efficiency purpose;
5. Assist leader to have monthly report to track inventory discrepancy for customs risk management purpose;
6. Maintained Customs System and ensure no interruption for system running & quota of restricted import PM;
7. Ensure on-time provide requested Bonded Customs Report to Customs .

EDUCATION & /OR EXPERIENCE :

1. Hold qualified Customs Working License for 3 years;
2. Have rich knowledge of customs law / related customs regulation of Bonded goods ;
3. With excellence computer literacy (Microsoft windows / EDI declaration operation);
4. College graduate or above;
5. Good English competency in writing, speaking & listening
6. With at least 3 years relevant experience in customs handbook or e-book operation
7. It's more preferable for knowledge of, customs import tax rule & good relationship with HP Customs
