Key Accountabilities:

Environment & Sustainability (30%)

• Regular sustainability data and trends analysis / report
• Leading “Energy Efficiency Management” team, as well as other SIG related programs, to get continuous improvement
• Keep good communication with related government depts
• Lead WWTP team and ensure the waste water treatment good running and its operation safety
  

Safety（70%）

• ESH legal requirement collection and support ESH team to do compliance evaluation.
• Offer effective technical support for ESH system establishment and operation, including management system and project environmental, safety & health requirement.
• Provide training to help build basic knowledge for environmental, safety and health.
• Conduct regular area inspection to discover potential ESH risk, report to management and follow up the findings till effective closure.
• Focus on continuous improvement of current programs and operations to ensure ESH target and objectives are achieved.
• ESH Review for Change Management
• Investigate accidents, complete or verify accident reports, and liaise with technical specialists and external health and safety authorities to identify the causes of accidents and prevent their recurrence.
• Track and push for effective handling the nonconformities, drive and monitor for effective corrective and preventive actions.

Required: Skills or Qualifications

1. BS or above Degree in Safety & Environment Engineering, with min. 5 years of demonstrated EHS experience in Multi-national Company.

2. Familiar with ESH law and regulation;
3. Experience with Sustainability Management(energy, waste, water reduction)

4. Experience with ISO14001/ OHSAS18001 management system

5. Good office skill for Excel, powerpoint,etc.

6. Process driven, strong logical thinking and good analytic ability

7. Demonstrated ability in solving problems

8. Good teamplayer within the organization and with high communication skill; Performance and Results Orientated;

9. strong interest and self-initiative for sustainability part

10. Prefer: Internal auditor of ISO14001/ OHSAS18001; Good English skill
