1) Cash management and NCFO management
a) Assist line manager to ensure good cash position for Wrigley China;
b) Prepare NCFO forecast and analysis on periodic and annual basis, lead cross function teams on cash forecast;
c) Assist line manager for period end and year end closing preparation on Wrigley China NCFO;
d) Prepare financing plan to support Corporate financing needs, maximize the cash repatriation to Corporate and intercompany;
e) Maintain short term cash position and initiate bank deposit to maximize interest income;

2) Banking management
a) Work with Bank account manager to enhance banking service facilities, improve service level and maintain healthy relationship;
b) Lead banking projects to drive simplicity & efficiency, leverage bank resources and explore opportunities to fulfill company business needs;
c) Manage intercompany non-trade charges and monitor the status with Tax team, General Accounting team and banks;
d) Assist to optimize bank strategy and banking facility;

3) System solution enhancement and SOP review
a) Assist line manager on E-banking system upgrade project and treasury related system optimization;
b) Assist to establish the good fundamental of treasury operation;
c) Maintain treasury internal control checking list;
d) Review SOP and update the treasury best practice with the business growth;

4) Treasury analysis, Reporting and Foreign exchange management
a) Prepare the presentation material for corporate visitors, senior management and internal business needs;
b) SAFE regulation on time update and evaluate the benefit to the company;
c) Maintain good relationship with SAFE and SAFE regulation on time update;

5) Perform other assignments or special projects as requested by line manager.


Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in accounting, economics, business or finance
2. 5~6 years of professional accounting experience and minimum 2 years of financial analysis; Working
experience in Banking industry or big 4 audit firm will be a plus.
3. Good working attitude and team work spirit as well as good sense of responsibility;
4. Good analytical skill and a quick learner;
5. Good in problem solving, collaborating and interpersonal skills;
6. Good command of Chinese and English, both in oral and written.
