VP assistant销售副总裁助理
Our office is in Songjiang, however, this position is expected to travel 60% - 80% of the time.
The draft job responsibilities:
1. Translate the communication VP has with non-English speakers (about 80% of the people) orally and in writing
2. Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
3. Assist VP of Sales in all the daily business, including transportation/accommodation arrangement
4. Maintains VP’s schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
We are looking for a person with the following criteria:
1. Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (listening, speaking, reading and writing)
2. Degree holder in Business major or equivalence (MBA preferred but not must)
3. 2-3 years working experience
4. Out-going characteristic, like to interact with people
5. Willing to face different challenges
6. Flexibility to work overtime and travel
7. Must be a very good team player with good analytical and problem solving skills
8. A pro-active, flexible, positive minded, quality oriented, and responsible person
