1.Production engineering background on manual and automatic production lines for at least 3 years;
2.Engineer should have at the very least good written English, spoken is an advantage but not essential
3.Daily reporting to Engineering manager, with weekly meeting with Technical manager on progress and suggested improvements
4.Must be strong enough to direct production operators to follow work instructions
5.Involved in teaching operators in new production assembly methods
6.Involved in new equipment validation methods
7.Fully support Production to consistently achieve good quality products, through constant monitoring of assembly lines and direct contact with Production and QC
At point of interview Tony Zheng will be present, the interview will be conducted in Chinese, if the candidate is able to speak English John Kidd will attend to summarize the interview and introduce himself.
