Job Responsibilities Senior IT Specialist of Web/Middleware performs a technical role in support of the solution construction, implementation and system integration for a customer’s total Infrastructure software environment. As part of the team to provide 24x7 support services to the BAU and performs trouble shooting and system change in production environments. The role is also responsible for the design of solutions for internal and external customers and provides analytical ability and creativity in developing and implementing solution deliverables for a medium to large sized project or major segments of a larger project. Participate in overall functional planning. Identifies estimates and presents cost, schedule, and technical risks for solution elements. Delivering high quality solutions to clients in response to complex business requirements. Design and develop the tools and methodologies used to manage analyse, design and implement technical solutions. Perform Technical solution review and risk assessment as part of QA process. Create presentations and presents to management and executives as required. Providing technical advice to project managers, team leaders and well as giving technical direction to team members. Job Requirements (skills/experiences) ？ 8+ years working experience as System Administrator/ System Architect. ？ Familiar with UNIX/ zSeries / Windows ？ Master one of the eBusiness/ Middleware technology following with strong implementation skills on installation and trouble shooting. TIBICO EMS/ BW/ Iprocess ？ English fluent in oral, reading and writing. ？ Customer care and focus ？ Strong team work spirit ？ Good negotiation and diplomacy skills ？ Able to work on flexible hours Qualifications (Education/Major/Certificates) Bachelor degree in Computer Science or other related major ITIL/WAS/ MQ/ Weblogic/ TIBICO certificated is preferred |
