Responsibilities:
? Take administrator role for daily compensation and benefit operation.
? Maintain employee HR master database in SAP and generate regular and ad hoc reports for needs.
? Execute monthly payroll, social insurance, housing fund, commercial insurance transactions. Ensure all transactions are managed in an accurate and efficient manner.
? Coordinate employee Labor contract, personnel file and personal information tracking
? Manage internal benefit execution
? Perform daily process for new hire, separation, transfer, changes etc.
? Support ad hoc assignment or other project as requested by the Rewards Delivery Team Leader
? Handle employees' compensation and benefits related enquiries

Requirements:
? 1-3 years C&B related working experience
? Bachelor Degree, major in HR, statistics, accounting, business management or related field
? Has foundation knowledge of labor law and local regulations. Has detailed operational experience on payroll process, SI, HF and commercial insurance management etc.
? Good computer skills (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook), SAP experience is preferred
? Good speaking, reading and written English skills
? A level of analytical and systematic way of thinking
? Strong communication skill and customer service orientation
? Detailed orientated, independent, mature, hard working and able to work under pressure
