Responsibilites:
1. Lead the team to achieve goal, plan and manage team resource to complete all C & B related assignment. Ensure they are compliance with China labor contract law and local labor regulations, as well as company C & B standards and policies.
2. Monitor the daily process, include monthly payroll, social insurance, housing fund, commercial insurance, labor contract and third party vendor management etc. Ensure all transaction are managed in an accurate and efficient manner
3. Provide coaching to the team, manage team member performance
4. Lead and manage C&B related project, such as internal data audit project.
5. Take the initiative on process standardization / optimization and work flow analysis.
6. Closed work with the subordinators to further understand scope of work which addressed unclearly.
7. Responsible for communicate with HR generalist on key issues, figure out appropriate solutions to solve problem.
8. Provide training to team, keep good documentation for process and functional knowledge.
9. Vendor management, service level monitor and service agreement negotiation.
10. Other tasks which are assigned by manager.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree, major in HR, statistics, business management or related field
2. 5-8 years C&B working experience with at least 3 years manager role
3. Strong people management skill
4. Familiar with labor law, local regulation. Has detailed operational experience on payroll process, SI, HF and commercial insurance management etc.
5. Strong analytical skill, good at process management.
6. Strong communication skill and customer service orientation
7. Experience of HR system is a plus
8. Fluent English
9. Detailed orientated, independent, mature, hard working and able to work under pressure
