PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Responsible for the executing transactions at sub process level

• Trade Amendments or
• Trade Corrections or
• Reconciliations between various systems/companies for stock positions and cash balances or
• Fail Monitoring

2) Responsible for meeting daily and monthly targets

3) Assist with training and identifying training needs within the group

4) Mentor and assist the new hires if required

CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED

1) A good knowledge of the Investment Banking industry

2) Strong interpersonal skills

3) Ability to work and communicate with team members

4) Strong analytical skills

5) Excellent Customer facing skills and ability to build rapport with clients.

6) Knowledge of Customer’s culture

7) Excellent written and spoken communication skills

8) No mother tongue influence (MTI) in speech/ diction

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION

1) Graduate preferably in commerce or accounts

2) 0-2 years of relevant experience in investment banking/brokerage/ custodian banking

3) Previous experience in a BPO or transaction processing business would be preferable, with experience in interaction with overseas clients or customers on the phone

4) Good communication skills

5) Good interpersonal skills with excellent man-management capabilities

6) Good analytical skills

7) Good attention to detail

8) Aptitude for understanding technology

9) Independent decision making
