职位描述
1.esponsible for all activities of the Division
2. Establish, develop and implements overall sales and marketing strategies
3. Establish and control the budgets of Division
4. Responsible for pricing and distribution etc. for all advertising and marketing campaigns.
5. Take part in negotiations of major contracts
6. Responsible for major clients
7. Seek the maximum sales with the minimum cost
8. Advise management on costumers' trends & feedback, market information
9. Establish policies and rules of the Division
10. Management, recruitment, assessment and training of subordinate staff
11. Other tasks assigned by Supervisor
Requirements:
1. PHD, majored in animal nutrition or relevant
2. Fluent English in writing, reading and speaking
3. Excellent results oriented and customer oriented
4. Open minded, high integrity, initiative and self-motivated.
5. Excellent interpersonal, communication & coordination skills, leadership and team work player
6. Frequent travel requested
