安顺招聘

职责描述：
1、集团、事业部对门店的发文内容督导宣贯、落实；
2、督导门店执行的工作项目推进；
3、协调组织资源，完成事业部战略目标；
4、跟进筹建门店的各项运营统筹工作落实执行；
5、及时了解分店系统（PMS）运营数据，对需要优化和调整的部分，及时向运营总监汇报；
6、配合及推动人力资源中心事业部及门店各层级的绩效考核的优化；
7、落实门店工作中各项有效的管控方案，降低门店违规操作的可能性；
8、落实及推进线下门店品牌推广活动的开展；
9、配合产品创新中心对产品的优化，及时反馈门店意见及提出合理化的建议。

任职要求：
1、专科以上学历，5年以上工作经验；
2、有过连锁体系运营管理经验者或中高端品牌店总经验5年以上者优先；
3、对服务体系搭建有独到的见解。
