[Job Description]

1) CRM Marketing Strategy & Analysis Consulting

: Cosmetic Industry Client’s CRM Program self-diagnostic or Assess it comparing with other competitors.

: Consulting with client CRM team about membership program renewal, Customer Care Program by segmentation(Life Cycle etc.), How to increase Retention rate etc.

: Proposal on Campaign planning or operating details such as offer, channel, targeting, contents etc. (via wechat, SMS, Tmall etc.)

: Insight/Benchmarking report on Market trend/New-tech/Marketing in China. (e.g Fintech, Alipay, Hot brand researching especially cosmetic brand, wechat campaign trends etc.)

: Insight report(Big data analysis) on Customers/Revenue/products/Campaign such as persona, Carnivalization between ex and new products etc.

(e.g membership simulation, feature of customer who buying cosmetic(Base/color/skincare) etc.)

• required skills to understand DB Structure or Big Data.

  2) Management/Communication

  : As control tower in china, manage other 2 Junior Consultants working on operating and analysis using SQL

  : As control tower, internally communicate in Chinese/English with global management team (including planning New Services like Machine learning)

  : As consultant, communicate with 3rd-party or Agency etc. if clients want

  : communicate with client’s IT team to discuss new DB structure, the right to DB access, BI Report or PI(Personal Information) Processing Agreement etc.

  [Required Experience & Skills]

  - At least 5 years of CRM marketing Experience

  - Familiar with Big-data, business analysis and campaign solution process

  - Fluent English

  - Skilled use of EXCEL for data analysis

  - Skilled use of PPT for reporting

  - Having basic knowledge about SQL/Statistical tools.

  - Communication skill
