职位描述：
岗位职责：
1）了解我们的产品和客户的应用程序技术要点；
2）与我们的全球技术支持团队紧密合作,解决技术问题和经常更新的技术信息；
3）及时回答经销商和客户技术问题；
4）跟踪和记录经销商和客户的技术问题和请求,与每个经销商举行每周回顾会议,提高客户满意度；
5）每季度每个经销商提供技术培训,并依据顾客的要求提供技术培训；
6）开发、构建和安装产品演示展览和私人研讨会；
7）保持学习新机器视觉技术和标准来提高自己的技能；
8）寻访海外工厂，每年一次更新产品的知识；
9）必要的时候前往客户的网站。

任职资格：
1）至少3年的经验作为机器视觉的工程师或技术支持,工厂自动化或光学设备行业；
2）英语读写能力优秀，能简单口头交流；
3）熟悉Visual c++,Visual c#,MS Office；
4）具有团队精神与逻辑思维；
5）需要出差；
6）学士学位或以上。
7）同行业经验者优先。

Responsibilities
？ Understand well our products and customers’ applications at technical point of view
？ Work closely with our Global Technical Support team, solve technical problems and update technical information frequently
？ Answer to technical questions from distributors and customers in timely manner
？ Track and record technical questions and requests from distributors and customers, carry ownership for open issues, and hold a weekly review meeting with each distributor to improve customer satisfaction
？ Provide a technical training to each distributor every quarter, and provide technical trainings to customers request basis
？ Develop, build and setup product demos for exhibitions and privately held seminars
？ Keep studying new machine vision technology and standard to improve his/her own skills
？ May visit our oversea facilities once a year to update products’ knowledges
？ Travel to customers’ sites when necessary.
Requirements
？ Minimum 3 years of experience as engineer or technical support in machine vision , factory automation or optical device industry
？ Native Chinese, and business level English or Japanese
？ Knowledges and skills for Visual C++, Visual C#, and MS Office
？ A team player with logical thinking mind
？ Some biz travel to customer site to solve problems.
？ Bachelor degree or above
Nice to have
？ Experience as FAE for machine vision or security cameras
？ Experience as machine vision system developer
