Responsibilities：
1、Follow Leader's instruction & Monitor Web Performance of an electronic industry website including Web Traffic, SNS, SEO (omniture Tracking Tool)
2、Create and maintain reporting that measures performance across above multiple dimensions 3、Analyze statistical findings into a logical and digestible format for internal client-facing interactions
4、Optimize the site/campaigns to drive better results through analyzing /5、Have ambicious to become an expert in our analytics and optimization tools
Requirements：
1、Curiosity to discover, analyze,understand, and make decisions/recommendations through data
2、Ability to follow Leader's guide to finish multiple requests that required quick turnaround time 3、1+ years of web / digital / mobile analytics experience
4、Experience working with web analytics solutions such as Adobe
5、Basic technical
6、understanding of web basics (HTML, JavaScript, and URL structures)
7、Intermediate Excel skills
8、Intermediate English written skills
9、Dedication to learning and developing skill set
