职位描述：
岗位职责:

S&OP process
1. Responsible and organize S&OP meeting with sales/marketing/Finance/plant.
2. Collect and analyze meeting materials, and closely interact with cross functions collaboration to ensure the most accurate related information available.
3. Effective management for S&OP process to continuously improve and optimize.

Demand management
1. Work out order and order plan for current month and next rolling 11 months.
2. Closely communicate with plant for open purchase orders’ delivery and supply issues to ensure the supplies meet sales needs.
3. Communicate with marketing/sales departments and manage sales forecast accuracy as agreed.
4. Control products inventory level as agreed

New product launch support
1. Closely communicate with marketing/sales team for supporting new products launch plan
2. Cooperate with warehouse/transportation/procurement/IS teams for preparation of new products launch.
3. Tracking new products’ production and delivery
4. Support and analyze for the new products inventory status before and after launching, keep the new launched products inventory at agreed level

Inventory Control
1. Maintain and control products inventory at DC/RDC in the agreed level/range
2. Maintain the data accuracy in systems with supporting documents
3. Generate/prepare the dispatch/replenishment orders in system on time

Others
1. Develops/updates related SOPs based on company policies
2. Inventory management systems maintenance and tools management
3. Manage projects related with planning team
4. Organize regular Engineering Change meeting.
5. Provide monthly reports as agreed
6. Team member player and subordinator coaching
7. Other duties as assigned

任职资格:

? BA, BS or equivalent in business, supply chain or related field.
? Above 5 years working experience, include minimum 3 years at the management position of supply chain or related function
? Experience with inventory control systems and ERP software is a must, prefer Oracle, industry certificate (such as CPIM) is a plus
? Experience with Oracle System (Demantra and ASCP) is a plus
? E-commence working experience is a plus
? Fluent English and Chinese communication skills, both at oral and written
? Projects implement experience is a plus
? Strong Computer skills including the complete Microsoft Office package
? Good time management and multi-tasking management skills
? Good organizational and problem solving skills with the ability to changing priorities
? Well logical thoughts thinking
? Ability to organize workload for effective implementation
? Ability to play as an effective team member
? Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves
