职位描述：
Responsibility
1. Working closely with sales team, DSK and GOC, manage monthly and quarterly sales forecast, based on monitoring and optimizing PSI of agents, sell-in, sell-out and stock,
2. Manage sales planning process to be integrated with agents , and seek innovative way for improvement
3. Lead regional sales planners to convert forecast into sales orders, input orders into system, and ensure shipment on time.
4. Monitor delivery upon agreed schedule through coordinating with agent, DSK, GOC and sales person.
5. Provide all post data to sales person and agents in a prompt manner.
6. Conduct sales performance analysis of sales team and agents
7. Assist sales managers to monitor agents’ logistics service to end customers, and provide suggestion for improvement.
8. Conduct training to sales team and agents of sales planning process.

Knowledge and Experience
1. 5+ year sales planning area.
2. 1+ year experience in managerial or with good leadership track record.
3. Ability to adapt to fast-paced, rapidly evolving market environment
4. Energetic, team-oriented, and hard worker, with desire to make improvement in daily job 举报 分享
