互联网业务销售及服务顾问

服务于知名互联网服务供应商，提供互联网销售服务业务。
你将处在联络全球客户的最前线！无论他们是香港九龙区一家餐馆的老板、一位东京时尚博主或任何一个热衷于使用我们产品、服务的资深用户，你来这里是为了帮助他们！他们会通过你寻求技术支持，他们将采纳你在产品和服务方面建议以实现网页的最优呈现。


职位需求:

? 对小型企业和客户提供技术产品销售和服务的经验是重要的考察点；
? 咨询，推荐正确的在线产品和服务策略以帮助客户达成他们的业务或个人需求；
? 掌握互联网，社交媒介知识及了解小型企业的候选人将会被优先考虑；
? 具备优秀的口头和书面沟通能力；
? 优秀的人际交往能力，包括已被证实的融洽沟通能力和销售技巧；
? 能够通过多种渠道，包括电话，电子邮件及聊天软件提供一流的客户服务；
? 达成或超越客户预期；
? 能够快速学习并掌握工作相关技能并能够利用多类资源提供一流的客户体验；
? 具备丰富的幽默感；
? 学士学位以上，商业、管理、运营、市场营销、计算机科学或管理信息系统相关专业毕业；
? 日语熟练并精通英语。

上班时间:
早九晚六，周末双休

As an Internet Sales & Service Consultant, you are the first point of contact for our customers all over the world! Whether they are a restaurant owner in Hong Kong’s Kowloon District, a fashion blogger in Tokyo or any one of the millions of GoGetters that use our products and service lines, you are here to help them KICK ASS on the internet! They will look to you to provide technical support. They will seek your advice on products and services that will make their webpage the most bad ass version that it can be!

Do you have what it takes?
？ Accomplished experience selling and servicing technology products or services to small businesses and consumers is a strong plus
？ Consult, recommend and enable the right online product and service strategies to help customers with their business or personal needs
？ Knowledge of internet, social media and/or small business is highly preferred
？ Excellent spoken and written communication
？ Strong interpersonal skills to include proven rapport building and sales techniques
？ Ability to deliver stellar customer service across multiple channels of contact including phone, email and chat
？ Meet or exceed expectations through a metrics driven performance standard. We want the best for you and for our customers!
？ Proven record of quickly learning several aspects of support and utilizing multiple resources in providing a stellar customer experience
？ English language proficiency and native language speakers in Japanese
