职位描述

Job Summary (Purpose of the job)
- Be accountable for implementing overall HR policy and regulations, SOPs of business China into the supported BUs to ensure the integration of execution efficiency with consistency;
- Be responsible for closely working with division head to improve organization capability and employee effectiveness to support achievement of business goal and strategies.

Major Duties Performed (Main Functions):
Duties included but not limited to are:
1) With solid understanding and sufficient business acumen, he/she needs support the division head to identify the achievable business goal and strategy of people effectiveness and organization capability improvement, to ensure developing human capital to support the final business goal achievement in a short term run and with long term consideration;
2) Be responsible for guiding, coaching, and supporting the middle management team to the final execution of all the targeted people development goal into each Bu level and even down-to-earth to each key market region level;
3) Build up effective reporting system and data-base to track and monitor the execution of people development and to support BU head to its performance management; which includes but not limited to:
- Annual HR personnel budget planning and quarterly monitoring reporting by each BU level;
- Employee productivity, sales commission rate; and employee turnover rate quarterly reporting;
- Compensation and benefit fixed and variable tracking and market benchmarking report by BU levels.
4) Work closely with each HR functional team, such as staffing, compensation and benefit, learning and development to implement the effective HR programs into Division/BU to support its business operation;
5) Be responsible for hiring in high-caliber talent to fulfill the designed role and responsibility in the division to ensure its talent pipeline as smooth as expected to achieve its business goal;
6) Ensure consistency and HR principle coherent of Business Greater China with the given supported division;
7) Work as independent and professional bridge to build up effective communication platform in the supported division to further improve employee engagement, and also integrate communication with other divisions by working in a systematic approach;
8) Support and assist the divisional leadership in any necessary change initiatives to ensure its execution and alignment with business strategy and company culture.


Qualification and Competence required :
- At least 10 years experience in the HR Management function, 3-5 years work at HR BP role is preferred;
- Solid experience in compensation and rewarding, or in talent pipeline development; good coaching skill is a plus;
- Comprehensive communication skill and business understanding;
- Active thinking and positive attitude in fulfill role and responsibility as change facilitator, and business advisor.
