职位描述：
JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Accountant team leader
Department: Financial Department
Report to: Accountant of Director
Subordinates: 3
Responsibility:
1、To perform monthly closing process including preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts and validating transactions ensuring timely and accurate financial information.
2、Accumulate month end accruals from various areas of the company and record in the general ledger to obtain accurate month end closing.
3、To perform timely and accurate booking of Fixed Assets, including different GAAP analysis (CN GAAP and US GAAP).
4、To perform month end reporting including input of payroll related data.
5、To perform Balance Sheet (CN GAAP and US GAAP)Reconciliation
6、To follow up accounts reconciliation framework ensuring that all accounts be reconciled timely and properly.
7、Responsible for all kinds of statutory reporting to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to the governments
8、To perform internal control guideline under SOX requirements and other CN required controls

Financial Analysis
1、 Preparation of any type of report from both investor side, providing information related to GL
2、 Preparation of any type of analysis reports for Board meeting use or other internal party requirements


Requirements:

Qualifications/Experience:
1、 Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent combination of experience and formal education.
2、 CPA or equivalent is preferred.
3、Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
4、 Good bookkeeping and accounting skills.
5、Experience in multi country financial background would be preferred.

1、 Solid knowledge and experience in GL processes and understanding the interdependencies with other finance processes.
2、 evaluating requests from Business Units
3、Ability to obtain and summarize information to support leaders in making financially sound business decisions.
4、 Ability to produce reliable data, accurate analyses and on time to support business goals and objectives.
5、 Ability to accomplish tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
6、 Ability to gather information and accurately identify the causes of problems in work processes.
7、 Excellent communication skills (Good on English writing and speaking).
8、 Team-focused.
9、 Quick adaptability to change.

General Attributes
1、SAP system knowledge preferred.
2、Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
