NCR is always looking for new talent to help us achieve our challenging goals. In this Account Executive position, you will be joining our technical experts who support telecoms and networking OEMs globally. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for account and opportunity planning to maintain and grow current accounts and new business within Greater China.
 
The ideal candidate will hold the following responsibilities:
? Position required to sell IT solutions and services to secure new opportunities, maximizing revenue and profitability and increasing NCR's market share;
? Executes the sales process by moving new opportunities successfully through the funnel;
? Primary focus is on account planning for NCR Solutions in both existing and new NCR customers;
? Territory within Greater China (China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan), but most activities will be lied within China and Taiwan, expected travel 30%-50%
? Engage with leading Chinese and Foreign Telecom & Technology service providers & OEM’s;
? Accountable for building relationships with prospective and competitive customers;
? Key interface in defining customer needs and NCR's ability to meet those needs through NCR branch solutions;
? Serve as the liaison between the customer and NCR for market feedback in regards to issues for new customer escalating any roadblocks to securing the business;
? Responsible for proposing and closing deals in the above mentioned solutions;
? Targets pre-identified prospects and existing customers within an assigned territory; Partners with other business units to expand cross-sell opportunities; Services local clients, typically with responsibility within a single territory/area;
? Position requires strong prospecting and proposing skills, ability to build customer relationships through consultative selling and promoting customer confidence in NCR;
? Must be focused on the development of new business opportunities and closing new accounts allowing us to aggressively penetrate competitive accounts leading to long term business relationships.
 
You will possess:
? Bachelor’s Degree 5-8 years of related experience;
? Successful experience with proven track record in setting unique value proposition and using consultative approach/business oriented selling in customer and opportunity management;
? Good business acumen with strong communication and presentation skills in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English;
? Ability to develop multiple level business relationships from senior executives to working levels with account prospects.
? Available for 50% regular travel to assigned geographic territory/prospects
? Mandarin Speaking is a must with English proficiency
 
Preferred Qualifications
? 5-8+ years of sales/business development working experience
? MBA qualification is preferred;
? Proven track record with sales target achievement;
? Experience in selling Mobility, Cloud, Unified Communication and Network Integration solution;(Either Enterprise or carrier class customers);
? Working or personal relationship with Local/Foreign Telecom and OEMs
