Position description

Responsible for the support manufacturing line to ensure maximum quality of product, efficiency of production and maximize production output quantity and quality to meet goals and objectives of the company. Lead and execute process improvements in production manufacturing areas. Ensure the efficiency of the processes and the outputs are meet customer requirement.

Education and Experience Requirements

? University graduate in Electronic, Industry automatic control Engineering or Equivalent
? Minimum of 2 years engineering working experience in manufacturing factory
? High motivation level and self-initiative required
? Ability to prioritize, organize, multitask, strong team work and strong communication
? Good command of both spoken and written English required
? Strong logic thinking, problem analysis and solving skill
? Lean production background preferred
? Team player with good interpersonal skill
? Good PC application knowledge in Microsoft word, power point, Excel and internet

Key Areas of Responsibility
? Responsible to support daily production line both day and night shift to ensure lean line keep going and ATM unit can be completed on time to meet FDD.
? Continue improve manufacturing & testing engineering process.
? Initialize testing process of new product, new feature and new kits introduction
? Products quality improvement, setup efficient CLCA to production?

Scope
? Provide the assembly and testing related training to junior engineers and operator and ensure the procedure keep updated.
? Expertise in hardware testing
? Experience in 6-sigma / Kaizen and lean manufacturing to keep operation process continuous improvement
? Support the product quality standard achievement that includes FTT, OOBQ, quality management system, and lean assessment etc.
? Support activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for quality management system ISO9000/14000, maintain safety, health and environmental policies and procedures.

Work Environment
Working relationships: The testing Tech is required to develop and sustain a number of key working relationships as follows:
? With Manufacturing shop floor team to keep good communication and team work in the key areas to support production line keep going
? With Supply Line Management, Master Scheduling, Product QA and Facility to ensure production smoothly and customer units on time delivery
? With Program manager to support new product certify to volume production
? With global engineering team to ensure adequate communication related to project status, technical issues and risks.
