Plan and execute sales activities & campaigns to implement company's overall sales strategy to develop new customers and meet the assigned sales target通过计划并执行销售活动来实施公司总体销售战略，发展新客户并实现预定的销售目标

-Lead sales activities with potential customers who are of strategic importance to the company; influence decision-making of the customer during the process of visits, presentations and contract negotiations对公司的战略重要性的潜在客户开展销售活动；在拜访客户的过程中，能对客户决策，报告和合同谈判产生影响

-Monitors the market information of competing products, services, and organizations and evaluates their marketing and sales techniques监控竞争对手的产品的市场信息和服务，组织和评估他们的营销和销售技巧

-Coach sales personnel on product knowledge, business environment, procedures and working skills which are necessary for dealing with customers; motivate team members and communicate with them about target setting, performance review and development plan培训销售人员的产品知识，商业环境，程序等处理客户的必要的工作技能；激励团队成员并与他们沟通有关目标设定，绩效评估和发展计划

-Prepare sales forecast and budgets; monitor sales volume revenues, and costs against forecasts to identify problems areas; analyze reasons and work on solutions for making improvement准备销售预测和预算；监测销量和收入，费用，确定问题区域；分析原因并提供解决方案进行改进工作

-Establishes distributors and key account relationships and ensures they are managed properly建立分销商和主要客户关系，确保对他们管理
